Our guarantees are designed to reduce risk and align our success with yours.
If we are unable to lease your home within 30 days, we waive your first month of management fees.
We aggressively market and show your property, screen tenants, handle all paperwork, and complete the move-in inspection before collecting any compensation.
Our leasing guarantee ensures that if a tenant fails to fulfill at least 10 months of their lease term, we will place a new tenant at no cost to you.
Additionally, for any approved pet, we provide up to $1,000 in pet damage protection beyond the security deposit, giving owners added peace of mind.
Lease Break Guarantee
If a tenant breaks the lease within 10 months, we’ll re‑lease your property rent‑free.
Eviction & Collection Guarantee
If eviction is necessary due to nonpayment, we’ll reimburse up to $1,000 in legal fees.
Rent Guarantee
We will pay up to two months of rent if our vetted tenant fails to pay within the first 10 months of their lease.
