Important Notice
Repairs or damage resulting from tenant negligence or misuse are the tenant’s financial responsibility. In such cases, repairs will still be completed, but the cost of labor and materials will be billed to the tenant.
Examples include—but are not limited to—plumbing stoppages, appliance misuse, or damage caused by improper handling of fixtures or equipment.
Release of Key
If you choose not to authorize key release to a vendor, you must be available in person to provide access to the property at the scheduled service time. Delayed access may result in rescheduling fees or extended repair times.
